It appears that even if you have a Level 7 qualification, renewing senior accreditation is also not working at present:

" Today I attempted to download the above application from the BACP website when the application process opened at 12.00 pm. None of the website links worked, they clearly haven’t been tested, and when I phoned BACP, they didn’t know this was the case.

I asked for someone to call me back from Accreditation, but instead received an application form by email. When I opened the email and saved it, the reviewers comments were still present in the margins, some of which were grammatically incorrect.
