The Post Office is an essential part of Evington Village, providing crucial services to our community. However, we are at risk of losing these services as the Post Office plans to relocate outside our village in September. This move will significantly affect the residents, especially those who rely on these services for their daily needs and cannot travel long distances. After discussions with the Post Office head office, we have a proposal to relocate the post office services within Evington Village Store at 38/40 Main Street. This solution would ensure that our community continues to have access to vital postal services without having to leave our village.
