Thanks for the continued support and advocacy for the pickleball courts at Kendale Woods Park. While recent developments have been challenging, we want to assure you that our fight is far from over. In fact, it's just beginning.

The community's dedication to these courts is clear. Pickleball isn't just a game; it's a way to bring neighbors together, fostering social interactions and promoting healthy lifestyles. Yet, the FCPA's unilateral actions and lack of communication have left us with more questions than answers.

Asking for transparency and accountability is a reasonable request, especially when FCPA took away such an important part of our community. Why is the decision to remove pickleball based on one complaint in six years? Why weren't park users and neighbors included in the decision-making process? And why were the pickleball players not informed about the hearing?  Why were FCPA's own guidelines not followed?

If anything, this battle is just beginning. Our community will not stop until we get the answers and hold the responsible parties accountable. We urge everyone to continue to share our petition, raise your voices, and stand together in this fight.

Let's continue to show the FCPA that our community is strong, united, and will not be silenced. Together, we can ensure that Kendale Woods Park remains a place where that serves the community.
