Our beloved Crestline, better known to many as Crestline Park, is not just a neighborhood. It's a home. It has been cherished by generations of families who have built their lives within its lines. 

Any proposal to revise the zoning into higher density is incompatable with our existing neighborhood and would cause additional traffic, exacerbate stormwater and drainage problems, raise flooding risks, and compound safety problems for pedestrians and bikers, diminishing the quality of life and jeopardizing the environment for those who live and work in Crestline and beyond into the greater Birmingham. 

As residents dedicated to preserving the character and quality of our community, we voice our strong opposition to any zoning modifications that would compromise its beauty and tranquility. Single-family zoning is our neighborhood’s legacy, and it must continue to be our future. 

Such an alteration would not only disrupt the natural allure of our neighborhood but also harshly interfere with the lives of current and future residents.
