It Hit Me! Build a New Hops Stadium at Westside Commons w Public Transportation, MAX line, bus lines

Whoa, whoa, whoa!!!
Here's a real kicker. It's kind of funny how ideas shift, change shapes as they evolve over time, isn't it?
As we know, our brains don't "sleep" when we do, right? I wish I remembered her name, but a teacher once told me the most fantastic thing about our brains.
During the day, there are "traffic cops" on the job coordinating, directing, following boundaries, etc. within our brains. The "cops" organize activities in our brains to help our thoughts to move smoothly (all of them, emotions are part of it, of course), to avoid "hairballs and traffic jams," to focus on our objectives, to stay on track, etc.
AT NIGHT, THIS IS THE COOL PART - THERE ARE NO COPS! THEY'RE ALL OFF DUTY.
And so, part of the wonder of it all is how "thoughts" percolate while we sleep with no limits, no restrictions, no judgements, none of that "constructed junk that holds people back" from breakthrough ideas. Our brains make connections we can't make while awake, in theory.
Now, back to a new idea that "came to me" overnight.
Do nothing to the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex. It's perfectly complete and a thing of beauty just as it stands today. It perfectly reflects the original form, fit and function for which it was intended. Let it be.
The City of Hillsboro should be happy with and proud of this amazing, wonderful Recreation complex. Hats off to the City for building it, we greatly appreciate it, and are forever grateful. Hillsborites are happy with and proud of the complex, and that makes them feel warmly toward the City.
What about the Hops? Westside Commons is what. Did anyone look at this 100-acre site as a possible location for a new Hops Stadium? It looks just right to me, at a glance, I know. The City could knock down the "Washington County emergency evacuation livestock barns," and build new barns in another equally suitable location in Washington County (that's as far as my thoughts got). It's all about location, location, location, right? I'm aware of two more phases for the Westside Commons, but have gone no further than seeing the two graphics.
I believe the key to any success for a new Hops Stadium is ACCESSIBILITY. That means ample parking AND public transportation. I found that there are 310 parking spaces at the MAX station and am waiting to hear back from Westside Commons as to how many cars they could park in the two fields were they at capacity for the Washington County Fair.
What about the Washington County Fair? That's the easiest one to answer of all. End it.
It hasn't been a "Big Fair Fun" event since Westside Commons opened in 2020 (canceled the fair that year due to the Covid pandemic). The 2021 wannabe county fair was a "Fail," imo. In fact, it was so unrecognizable and disappointing that I wrote a 2-page letter detailing the problems, what was missing, lack of activities for school age children, suggestions for improvement (such as adding an index number 17 to the map for Food Vendors, still not added this year, 2023), adding a daily schedule of activities, bands, races, etc. so fair attendees can plan their day, starting with which day to attend.
My biggest suggestion was to just rename it, as it no longer resembles a county fair. What is it? It's Hillsboro Happy Days, again! When the City stopped their fireworks show for the Fourth of July, Hillsboro Happy Days went by the wayside. Revive it. That works just right for form, fit and function. It really does.
