As  you all know,   M 2 Partners LLC,  is proceeding with its real estate development  of about 4,000 square feet of the western part of the 1824 Maple StreetCemetery  (aka Parcel P), where I am buried, ALONG WITH SOME VETERANS OF THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR.

I do not think they have a legal right to do this.

Everyone says why don't you take them to court?

So how about it?  Why don't we?

All we need is $50,000 and maybe another $50,000 in reserve just in case , to finish the job.

Lawyers are not cheap.

Make no  mistake,  we are in the right, but to win in court will not be easy.

Would there be 100 citizens able to donate $1,000 each or 200 citizens able to donate  $500

 each to stop this desecration?
