Much is at stake here for the future of our Town. Our petition calls for no zoning change. Over 1,000 New Canaanites have signed the petition and written letters but it does not have weight with the P+Z Commissioners. The P+Z Commission wants to hear from YOU, in writing, how the change from 38 units to 116 units will negatively impact schools, traffic, health, safety, property values.
