
There have been several city of Jacksonville requests to release public records from Mr Boylan, The Jacksonville Transportation Authority and the City Arborist . Specifically the complete copies of the engineering survey from late 2024 revealing which specific trees will be removed, the funding sources for the shortfall from the original grant, and any related assessments or recommendations. Requested Survey Plats, maps, diagrams, overlays, and technical drawings derived from the engineering survey including identification of tress, driveways, mailboxes , private property lines and right of way boundaries. Tree impact reports or arborist recommendations. Environmental assessments conducted in connected with the project , including any wildlife, drainage, or historic preservation concerns.The original 2015 federal grant , award letters and any funding amendments or documents related to changes in the projects financials needs. Right of Wat ( ROW) acquisition or easement documents . Any evaluations regarding potential impacts on historically significant sites or trees identified. Due to the May 14, 2025 I requested expedited processing , preferably electronic as required by Florida statute 119.
