Over 11.3 million Americans benefited from the ACA marketplace plans in 2020 according to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. This signifies the crucial role ACA plays in our healthcare system, but there is still room for improvement. Our collective voice today is for not just the preservation of the ACA but for its enhancement, inline with the healthcare systems of other major democracies.

We propose two key measures: first, to refine and improve the ACA to provide overall better healthcare for every American. Second, to introduce the choice for lower and middle-income Americans to use a single-payer system, similar to what is provided in other major democracies. We also need lower prescriptions costs.
