Developer Appeals ERD Court Decision - now to the Supreme Court

Today we have been advised that the developer has appealed the ERD Court's decision to allow Adjoining Owners to be joined to the initial appeal.  The initial appeal being the one by the developer against the SCAP's decision to refuse the massive development application.

This means that now the matter progresses to the Supreme Court and it  will be quite a wait before this occurs, possibly 6-9 months!

We remain grateful to the Adjoining Owners and Holdfast Bay City Council for their commitment to a fair outcome for this most important Adelaide foreshore Local Heritage site..

The Local Heritage listed buildings are one of the reasons that SCAP initially refused the application and remains a most important issue!
