We oppose the Demoliton of the Seawall Apartments iconic site at 21-25 South Esplanade, Glenelg incl 2 x c1882 built Heritage mansions, original stable and fishermen's cottage. We oppose the current grossly Unfair Planning System which has stripped the Community's right for prior Public Consultation and to Appeal decisions by the State Commission Assessment Panel other than by Judicial Review at huge expense.We also oppose the proposed 13 storey (CURRENTLY ZONED FOR 5 STOREYS) 93 unit development which is excessive in height & bulk - one of the largest breaches of height zoning seen in Adelaide.  Please help to stop the Govt demolishing our history & return planning application rights to the community of South Australia!
