Adjoining Owners Able to Join the Appeal !

Another step forward today with the Judge at the ERD Court allowed residents to join the appeal by the developer.

We are so grateful to those who are continuing with the fight at great cost, both financial and emotional.

21st March 2022 at 9am will be a Directions Hearing at the ERD Court and we will elaborate after that on what it will look like going forward.
