ERD (Environment Resources & Development) Court decision Wednesday 16/2/22

The much anticipated decision by the Judge of the ERD Court as to whether Adjoining Residents, who have appointed legal representation, will be allowed to join the Appeal lodged by the developer.  The developer lodged the appeal in response to SCAP (State Commission Assessment Panel) refusing to approve their monster 13 storey across an entire acre development on the Glenelg Foreshore.
