The Associate to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court has advised that the developers’ appeal against His Honour Judge Burnett and Commissioner Rumsby’s judgement of 16 February 2022 is to be heard by the Chief Justice on :

Wednesday 11th May 2022 commencing at 10.15am

The Court is open to the public
