Decision Pending - impressive numbers at ERD Court 24/9/21

Hello Seawall Friends,

Thank you so much to all who were able to attend the ERD Court on Friday of last week.  A Barrister for one of the Adjoining Owners commented to the Judge that he had not seen as many concerned members of the public at an ERD hearing before!  A really great show of our commitment to Seawall.

Legal teams for the 4 Parties wishing to be joined to the appeal presented their comments and a decision will be made by the Judge in approximately 4-6 weeks.

We will update here should there be anything we can be doing in the meantime.

As always thank you for your continued support and care of the Seawall Heritage buildings, your concerns about massive over development of our City Foreshore and the unfair planning system!
