SECRET DEALS STINK - Public Hearing 24 Sept 2021 10am ERD Court

On Friday, 24 September 2021 at 10am there is a public Hearing at the Environment Resource & Development Court (ERD) Sir Samuel Way Building, Victoria Square, Adelaide. 

4 groups including Adjoining Owners & Holdfast Bay City Council have sought legal representation (to oppose the developer's Appeal) to uphold SCAP's decision to reject the development and retain Local Heritage buildings.

We know that the developer and SCAP have been working on a secret deal of 'compromise' - what a sham!!  The public can be locked out; it is unfair, unjust and not in the best interest of local residents, the community or the future of our Local Heritage buildings.

At the Hearing a Commissioner/Judge will decide if the 4 groups can join the Appeal and have their concerns heard at an ERD court hearing at a latter date.  

PLEASE ATTEND THE COURT ON THIS DAY IF YOU CAN AND SHOW THE DEVELOPER, SCAP & THE ERD COURT THAT WE DO NOT CONDONE SECRET DEALS & GREED AT THE COST OF OUR HERITAGE.....
