Awaiting Judge's Decision from ERD 24/9/21 Hearing

Hi Everyone,

After all the valid arguments put forward by the 4 legal teams representing Residents and Council, wishing to be joined to the developer's appeal, the Judge suggested that a decision may be made within 4-6 weeks. 

That could be any day now or of course it may be longer, we just have to wait it out.

When the Judge makes a decision to allow Residents and Council to join then it will be a full court hearing and may be many months down the track. 

We do not wish to entertain the alternative which would again shut out any community input to the already secret deal that has been going on in private between SCAP and Chasecrown.
