Blue Derby Wild have already achieved a first in Tasmania by having a court ordered injunction placed on the logging of Krushka's forests.

This is the first time a halt on logging in publicly owned native forests has ever taken place in Tasmania. It was issued in the lead up to our Supreme Court trial claiming the unlawful logging of Krushka's forests by the government through Sustainable Timber Tasmania and the Forest Practices Authority.
