
Three days running we've been appearing before the Supreme Court of Tasmania in directions hearings to get ready for our trial date on Monday morning.

Our case is a landmark case for Tasmania testing the systematic issue s at the heart of why the Tasmanian government are ramming through retrospective legislation focused on decades of systematic problems with how native forest logging is regulated in Tasmania.
We've already achieved a first in our state with the a Court ordered injunction on logging in public forests. Go team. Now we're focusing all our efforts day and night to prepare for trial on Monday.
