Los propietarios de un Skoda Enyaq con versión de software 3.x sabemos que el hardware del vehículo permite el precalentamiento de la batería, pero esta función no está disponible en el menú de Carga. Esto limita el rendimiento en carga rápida en invierno y nos deja en desventaja frente a otros modelos del grupo que sí incorporan esta opción por software.

Por ello, solicitamos a Skoda que habilite mediante actualización un botón de “Precalentar Batería” dentro del menú de Carga para todos los Enyaq con software 3.x. Es una mejora técnicamente viable, coherente con las capacidades del vehículo y que optimizaría la experiencia de uso y los tiempos de carga. Pedimos una solución justa para todos los propietarios.

Therefore, we request that Skoda enable a "Battery Preheating" button within the Charging menu for all Enyaqs with software version 3.x via an update. This is a technically feasible improvement, consistent with the vehicle's capabilities, and would optimize the user experience and charging times. We ask for a fair solution for all owners.
