Powys County Council are going ahead with plans to change Black Bin collections from every 2 weeks to every 3 weeks.

This will cause confusion amongst residents of Powys, along with discomfort of having bins hanging around for three weeks. They have made this decision in spite of consultation results which suggested that residents would find it difficult.

An FOI request shows that they have no plans for the subsequent overflowing bins.
