We the People have more power than we realise.

There is power in our numbers. We may think that our voice cannot be heard but when we put all of our voices together, we roar.

As we all know, the climate crisis is happening Now.

It is not some far-off issue that we will have to deal with some day.

It is right here on our doorstep.

I am creating this petition because I believe that the climate crisis is a legal issue, as well as an existential one.

And I'm not just talking about the legal systems that we ourselves have constructed, and that are no longer adequately protecting us.

I'm also talking about the Laws of Nature. The intricate ecosystem that us humans have undoubtedly made unstable.

We must obey the Laws of Nature in order to survive.

As Nature cannot represent herself in Court, we the People must be given the opportunity to represent Nature on her behalf.

This is a petition to legally represent Nature in a trial against the top 100 companies that are responsible for 70% of global emissions.

It is time to balance the scales & come back into harmony with Nature's law.

The power to do this is in our hands.
