We, the undersigned, agree that another Amendment should be added to the Constitution of the United States outlawing ALL "recreational" tobacco (nicotine) products. These include, but not necessarily limited to: cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, etc. Tobacco may still be used in medical testing, but the recreational drug MUST be OUTLAWED!

Most Americans do not realize this, but cigarette smoking is responsible for more than 480,000 deaths per year in the United States, including more than 41,000 deaths resulting from secondhand smoke exposure. This is about one in five deaths annually, or 1,300 deaths every day, more than alcohol, car accidents, marijuana, heroin, cocaine, AIDS, suicide, and murder COMBINED! And what's more, The average American smoker wastes more than $2,292 per year ($188 per month), accounting for more than $2,000,000 per year among Americans who smoke tobacco. This is absolutely CRAZY! It almost makes me want to cry! Tobacco may be a money making crop, but there are PLENTY OF NON-TOXIC, HEALTHY ALTERNATIVES THAT WE CAN GROW/BENEFIT OFF OF INSTEAD!!!!!!! 

Tobacco is also a serious environmental hazard, it poses a SERIOUS threat to wildlife as well as humans and domestic animals. Cigarette butts account for a significant amount of litter and pose a choking hazard to animals. I see cigarette butts littered on the ground everywhere I go! It's disgraceful!

If you own/operate a business, post "No Smoking" signs on the premises! And, if you see anyone ignoring the signs, call the police IMMEDIATELY! If we ratify another Amendment and successfully shut down the tobacco industry in the United States, we can use all their profits to pay off the national debt, and then some.
