We urge Members of Congress to postpone the Gorsuch hearings, effectively shut down legislation, and take necessary action to minimize Donald Trump's involvement until the Russia investigation is closed.

Testimony from the Intelligence Committee opening hearing March 20, 2017 has established as FACT:

• Russia hacked and interfered with the 2016 election.
• The Intelligence Committee is conducting a full investigation into the Russian involvement.
• Donald Trump made false accusations of treasonous acts against a former president of the United States.

The scope of collusion and conflicts of interest within the Trump Administration cannot be fully established until the conclusion of the Russia investigation.

It would be irresponsible and a disservice to the American people to conduct "business as usual" during an investigation that could conclude with prosecution or impeachment.
