To: The FIFA Executive Committee and the Governments of the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
We demand the immediate postponement of the FIFA 2026 World Cup. The current global climate is not one of celebration, but of extreme friction. Prioritizing a massive digital and physical spectacle while nations fracture and the global community struggles for basic stability is not a great leadership.
Geopolitical Instability: We are currently witnessing a period of profound global tension. To invite the world into a competitive arena while multiple regions face internal collapse or external conflict is a reckless gamble with human safety, and dignity.
We reject the narrative that a game "unites" us while the physical reality of our neighbors remains ignored.
Economic Diversion- Resources are being funneled into temporary infrastructure and corporate interests while the fundamental needs of citizens housing, health, and security remain underfunded.
Postponement is not a loss; it is a vital redirection of global energy toward the actual stability of our communities.
This is ceasing to be the "people's game." It is becoming a high-frequency digital product engineered to extract attention and revenue. In an era of rampant digital addiction, we refuse to support a spectacle that exploits human impulses while the working class is priced out of their own culture.
