Likely not the only secret either.

This is the Portsmouth PD. Sketchy payouts, backdoor dealings, and a Police Chief who is more interested in harassing women than keeping the community safe. Our tax payer dollars are going to silence a woman who was either harassed, or had a very bad relationship with the current Police Chief. This kind of action and budget wasting money is deplorable.

For nearly the same amount of money this city could have body cameras for a year - instead we watch the Police Commission piss it away on what is essentially internal bribes.

This more than ever is why we need complete accountability in this city, beyond even body cameras. Police and our elected officials need to be held accountable at ALL times.
