PHS senior students and even all students in the Porterville Unified School District, should have the right to decorate their Caps for graduation, especially if they paid for them. Allowing students to decorate them how they wish, but remembering to follow the rules of respect and school guidelines. The day when seniors graduate is the beginning of the next step to start their future, so being able to express themselves as High School seniors one last time should be a night to remember.
