Members of St. Jude Thaddeus Church continue to take a stand to save a community-based, financially stable church. Our Church is a stabilizing force in our community. One year ago, April 18th, the members were notified that St. Thaddeus would be closed. Two letters of Decrees closing the parish are on the Archdiocese of Chicago’s website (January, 2017). The Archdiocese of Chicago has denied our requests to keep our parish open.
