A man who is dangerous, volatile, erratic and violent has been placed in a block of vunerable people and those who are elderly with serious health conditions. Small children are also present. This person makes serious threats to life and is making the community and public feel unsafe and at risk. Already he has threatened to shoot and break the legs of a 71 year old woman. Please don't let this happen in our community. He has been visited by the police 8 times. He has made everyone fear for their lives, their health has declined. Please don't let this be the world we live in.
