There has been a number of murders in KwaNobuhle, Kariega in the Eastern Cape and residents are alarmed, petrified and need urgent help.  

Three males aged between 25 to 35 were fatally wounded. The suspects then drove at Jongilanga Street

Just less than a week before this incident 3 suspects were gunned down at Bantom Road - this after the victims are said to have fired shorts at a neighbouring township of Langa

Residents claim that not a day passes without hearing gun shorts

Residents also believe that the police have a lot on their plate and need help. In addition, police are also said tto only come after the fact, never responding to calls for help

The residents are signing this petition to urge the Minister of police to take urgent action 

- Increased police visibility 

- Action taken to root out and prosecut criminals 

- Protect residents

- Restore peace
