- Mother along with 3 Of Her Sons pulled up to the Habit Parking lot taking pictures of me and my friends, She then drives off Flipping us off with a message of "Watch Your Back". (THIS IS ON VIDEO TOO)

To start off, has a history of calling me "White Trash" "White Boy" "Cracker" etc. even though I am Hispanic & Native American.

BEGINNING OF STORY:

This started because and got into a physical altercation which resulted in (Hispanic Kid) being kicked out without question or appeal. Sister than makes a tiktok about the fight and is upset. then goes on to post on his story with jokes like "I'm going to Chris Breezy her" which means he's going to hit her. Because the joke is Chris brown hits women. I confronted him via text saying that is "weird asf" that he is implying he's going to hit a FRESHMAN Girl as a JUNIOR Boy. He then gets aggressive towards me throwing insults & making the situation more toxic then it needs to be.

During the previous situation, posts on his Instagram Story numerous times Direct @ me and posting our messages basically making fun of me and talking badly about me because I was telling him not to hit a girl / threaten to.

After this situation a number of friends on Private instagram accounts post pictures of me with remarks like " Trash ass Soundcloud Rapper' "wanna be SoundCloud Alhambra rappers straight ass" basically coming at me and my music personally because I confronted their friend.

After this I contacted multiple times saying have your friends delete the post about me and it's over. But he refused to saying "its not my problem" I even confronted him in person and asked him directly to have them delete it which he refused right after this conflict he told teachers out loud in front of people "He keeps coming at me wanting problems' and tries to place all of the blame on me even though I've respectfully asked him to let his friends know to delete it so the situation can go away and everyone can be happy.

On 9/14/2021 I was attacked by someone who happened to be black at Alhambra Highschool during lunch. He confronted me, tried to grab/poke my eye then he swung and missed and I put my hands up tried walking away, he then grabs my shirt and keeps trying to hurt me. My friend who knew I wasn't going to swing back attempted to save me by jumping in the fight and getting off of me. After this sitiuation stopped fighting my friend and attempted to look for me to fight me again. I was walking away and he chased me and grabbed me, Keep in mind I still have my backpack on in the videos showing I am not preparing to fight in any way shape or form, comparative to him who has his backpack off. 

After he gets to me, he grabs a hold of me and starts pulling my hair and shouldering my face while we are basically grappled together eventually I start to hit him back and it slowly makes him let go of me. Out of anger I kept punching and punching because I was so upset that he kept coming after me after I had already tried to avoid the situation twice. After I eventually dropped him and he was on the floor with a Bloody Mouth & Nose I walk away with a Busted Lip and  my Knuckles were split and bleeding.

I go to my next class and tried to wash my cuts and a few minutes later the school security pulled me from class. I go into the office and evidence the school recieved shows I am not the aggressor, multiple times the school agreed that was the aggressor and came after me clearly shown in the videos he does the following...

Comes up to Me First > Makes the first physical attack > Swings & Misses > Grabs me and tries to keep the fight going as I walk away > Gets into a fight with someone else > The first fight ends and he proceeds to confront me again.

After having clear evidence of all of this Officer Orozco, Me, The Principal, and My Mother have a meeting. To start this meeting Officer Orozco asks my mom, "Is there any firearms in the house" My mom confusingly guarantees there is none. They then pull up a picture of me from over 50 weeks ago (WITH DYED BLUE HAIR AS PROOF ITS EXTREMELY OLD) and asks (I believe accuses me but I can be wrong) of sending this to. Another note on the video I posted to my PUBLIC STORY has a song called "No Auto Durk" by Lil Durk on it which happens to be a very gang related song. Keep in mind this is a SCREENSHOT and not a VIDEO so they are under the impression that I wrote what was on the screenshot because whoever submitted this photo twisted it to make it seem like I was flashing a gun and threatening him. I then proceed to get upset and show them the 10+ stories I have that have a song playing and lyrics being written on the screen. They clear this up and we move on. Then they get all the info they need. The officer takes pictures of my Face and Cuts. Eventually me and my mother are dismissed and we wait till the next day for our meeting at 7:30 AM in the Principals Office.

Before we come in to the Principals Office while in the waiting room. We hear what is to believe to be Officer Orozco, Mr. Devaughn, and the New Principal stating that "This is a very Hyper-Sensitive Sitiuation" and it must be "handled differently then other cases" and they are seeming to be asking someone with more experience on advice of what to do. (Keep in mind this is the principal's first year at AHS and up until now has seemed unexperienced to me in the way he talks and does things)   They tell whoever's on the phone that (Me) is proven to be trying to prevent the fight on video. They then try to blame my Friend for everything and said "If he doesn't jump in the fight the fights over" which is extremely flawed. They are using "what ifs" to justify putting the blame on anyone then.

Once im in the office they basically review all the evidence and present a video of me on live talking about the situation. This is where I apologize and admit I messed up. On video I say "I even split my knuckle on his face" or something along the lines of that. I speak about the situation but only because and other people are spreading that I did this because I'm "racist" so I went on live to defend myself and explain my intentions. 

After they show this, they basically try to say that im the reason this happened and that me "walking away" wasn't enough, and saying that "I didn't do enough to stop this fight" and that I should of left the situation when my friend got into a fight. I explained to them that I stayed to make sure no one jumps in and ON VIDEO I confront Brother for attempting to join in the fight. My dad has worked as Campus Security & Counseling for highschool. He explains to the principal that his expectation for kids is too high and that kids aren't going to run away from their friends when they get into fights and that me staying there was because I was trying to make sure my friend didn't get jumped. (Which is SUPER CONVENIENT because later on Brothers/Cousins attempt to jump one of my friends but luckily a School Security Guard stops it) 

After we argue for a little I eventually leave and im told the situation is still ongoing. During this day, Blood Relative is posting on his instagram story talking about the situation. Keep in mind we were BOTH told to stay off social media and NO ONE is to talk about the situation on social media. Both me AND & his family did not listen and kept going on social media about the situation. Which means we both should be equally punished.

The next day at 12 PM I go into the principals office waiting room. While we are waiting some how some way the school allowed Mom to be in the same waiting room as us. While sitting on my phone I look up and see Mom pointing her phone camera right at me. I get worried and then hear the *CLICK* sound the Iphone camera makes. I nervously laugh and confront her saying "did you just really take a picture of me" she then looks right at me and goes "Mhm" with attitude. A few minutes later the principal realizes that both me and my dad are in the same room as Mom. WHICH SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE. 

Eventually we go into the Principals Office where I'm told im suspended and my permits being revoked for the SOLE REASON that I went live after the fight. They suspended me for the fight, but justified removing my permit because of social media. I then explain to them and his family were talking about it on social media as well, they then ignore it and continue to express that I am wrong and when confronted with the question "Is getting removed from this campus too?" I'm told basically no because they say "We don't feel safe with you on campus." I then bring up points that People (2) both go after my friend (ON VIDEO) and they are allowed back on campus starting monday.

 

Now I ask you, do you believe me going on Live Stream talking crap is worse then 2 Individuals trying to jump another one? To which they ignore me and basically let me know I am the only one so far being kicked out of this school. They then tell me I am being transferred to Mark Keppel High School. My argument to this was I attended Mark Keppel as a Freshman and earned a 1.1 GPA, which is terrible. When I was enrolled at Alhambra my GPA shot up to 3.1. I explained that Keppel is much harder on me and its hard to succeed academically there. He then stood quiet and didn't really have a response besides "I wish you knew how much I care for you". Which I replied then you wouldn't be moving me to a school where im no academically successful. I then warn him that everyone is watching the schools decision because this fight was HUGE in the school. I warned him that them removing me instead of would backfire BECAUSE people SEEN and KNOW who was in the wrong. Eventually we leave and go straight to the Police station to press charges against. My mom calls Mr.Scoffield and explains the situation. We explain and tell him all the ways that and his family have harrassed me. The response shocked me, We told him that was being homophobic through text. He says things like...

"Get Off My Dick I Live Rent Free in Yo Head" "You a hoe ass N*gga" "You got a crush on me or sumthing" "You must think im cute or sum LMAOOOOOOO go kys" which stands for "Kill Yourself" 

Mr. Scoffield explains that the principal and school did not bring this to his attention or show him. He then offers to meet us at the Police Station and gives us his business card but leaves because he has a meeting. Officer Orozco then meets with us and we tell her about what happened with Mr. Scoffield. She is now aware that this isn't about Racism or Race at all but it is slowly turning into it because of the unfair treatment of me and my Hispanic/Mexican friends. 

I let her know if she can't handle this situation faster people are going to get hurt because tensions are high. I tell her a race war is going to start if you don't treat everyone equally. She then expects me by telling me "Then you stop it" like I have power to stop it. I tell her no anything that happens isn't on me. I am not involved and don't want to be involved. Because every time I got involved, it got me more in trouble. But now that the public is upset about the decisions she expects me to "stop it" some how.

After this happens I go to the school to meet up with friends and go to "Main" which means main street, we go to The Habit / Blaze Pizza and my friends get wingstop and we all sit down. Eventually we notice, His Mom, and 2-3 Other Boys in the car which appears to be taking pictures of videos of us, then calling people. I get nervous because multiple of Cousins have threatened us in comments and text. With things like "you reall lucky I cant cuss you out privately but best believe when the bennett family touchdown we on yo head just watch ya back babes" and "yee you dont have to be scared of my words dummy you need to be scared of me but dont worry about it you'll see real soon" being said.

I think about calling 911, but after my friends tell me not to I don't I call my mom and let her know I'm scared and I think that mom is calling people to come and hurt me. After I hang up I start recording their car as they leave. His mom waves good bye and flips us off but right before she gets out of vision ON VIDEO she tells a bunch of kids "watch ya back". 

Apparently then Mother calls the police and tells them that me and my friends were harassing her, threatening her, and calling her names. ON VIDEO it shows clearly that all we did was laugh, every time she said something we laughed. Then eventually I lost my cool because she yelled "watch ya back" so I yell "I have that on camera dumb bitch" 

We then send the video with FULL PROOF she is completely lying and PROOF She is threatening me & other kids in person. Nothing has been done yet and now you are caught up.
