This is Petition to stop the contract between ISRO and Chinese Phone Manufacturer Oppo

NAVIC system, in addition to its primary function of providing PNT services, is also capable of broadcasting short messages. This messaging service is being used for broadcasting safety-of-life alerts in areas with poor or no communication, particularly in the oceans.

1. In recent times tensions have been very high between India and China due to China's aggression on North Border of India. There are many incidents of clashes between India Army and Chinese PLA at border. Also, last year our government took a great initiative in blocking Chinese mobile applications as a threat of User Data being shared with Chinese Government.
2. As of 9 December 2021 it seems that some where along the way the government is not being serious about it's move. As it goes on to finalize a deal for Messaging services with Oppo.
3. Chinese goods and products have openly Boycotted by Indian Consumers and government took efforts to make people aware of it. But is it only the responsibility of Indian Public to boycott, when a Prestigious Government organization such as ISRO is making deals with Chinese Brands ?

This imprints a drastically wrong impression of our policies against China. Government should not be making contracts with China when calling for Boycott of its products by the citizens.
