We need more of YOUR support to FREE-up Solar industry !���
Dear supporter,
The Govt. is gradually gathering data on how curbing imports through BCD (Basic Custom Duty) and allowing only ALMM (Approved List of Module Manufacturers) can hurt the Solar industry.
It has now announced that households are free to choose ANY equipment vendor whether Indian or imported. This is a small step towards achieving Solar freedom and it's too early for us to claim credit for this step.
But key points here are :
- Our petition has had some small impact.
- We are working in the right direction to free up the Solar industry from stricter regulations.
I have given a detailed explanation on why this petition is important for you and your future generations.
