Now, FITCH warns that there could be a 'massive' supply : demand mismatch due to the announcements of BCD of 40% on Solar modules and 25% on Solar cells. 

The market is not yet ready for such shock-treatment from the Govt. and hence it will result in considerably project delays + cost over-runs. This could mean dark-days for Solar industry in India.
