An untreated medical emergency[presumably brought on by a combination of untreated infection[s]/influenza/starvation/malnutrition] last week left me unconscious and bleeding heavily[with no help from Fraser Health or their associates-I glued the wound shut...again...with no access to the regimes medical services] on the ground at a City of Abbotsford facility during a recent heavy rain storm. As I regained consciousness I recall hearing members of the community walking by laughing, no assistance provided, apparently no calls to 911[not like they'd show up anyway-BC Ambulance can now do that under authoritarian rule as has been previously documented when families of whistle blowers are targeted]. Too add insult to injury I just received another anonymous, unsigned letter authorized by BC Premier David Eby and his state funded predatory legal team. As a homeless CF Veteran without two nickels to rub together, who hasn't had a shower in 10 months, I feel kind of special with all the governments unrelenting, deliberate, and coordinated attention. The letter dated Aug 31, 2025[ thank you Canada Post for the delay], states that the BC Government operating in collusion with the Canada Revenue Agency[CRA] now feel confident to 'officially' terminate all BC Health Insurance Coverage. Which is confusing as they unofficially and illegally terminated all "BC Health Insurance Coverage" without legal cause behind closed doors in secret many years ago without providing me with an opportunity to appeal. As clearly demonstrated in the mountains of hard physical evidence collected to prove through in any functioning court of law. That includes the unlawful termination of the following long held government services- some with no notice and with no opportunities to appeal: access to Investigations and protection against targeted government reprisals from Officers of the BC Legislature, BC Pharmacare, WorkSafeBC Prescription Coverage, Fraser Health's Pain Clinic, Emergency Room, Primary Care, Lab services, the physician ordered Cancer Diagnostic Procedure, corrective spinal surgery for injuries sustained in the service of Canada while on duty with the Canadian Forces, my Charter protected right to vote, all records about myself collected by government through illegally ignoring my multiple written Privacy Requests[including those to the Fraser Health President & CEO/Board of Directors; and the BC Premier personally], Victim Services[through VictimLinkBC and the Abbotsford Police Department], all state funded Legal Aid and Assistance, Service BC, BC Student Aid, Work BC, BC Ecomm/911, Emergency Food/Shelter/Medical Care/Life saving prescriptions i.e. blood thinners/Grief and Trauma Counselling/Employment Assistance/Clothing/ obtaining basic hygiene and first aid items etc. from every state sponsored business/religious institution/service organization/not for profit/alleged "charity", BC Law Courts Abbotsford and the Justice of the Peace, BC Prosecution Service, basic law enforcement services afforded to others in the community by the scandal plagued politically appointed and politically controlled heads of both the RCMP and the Abbotsford Police Department. Lesson: take care of your family, each other, yourself, and never apologize for peacefully operating within the law! Even when all the aforementioned refuse to do so in pursuit of unchecked power, personal enrichment, and political ideology in their wilful contravention of established Canadian laws at your expense. Never give the aforementioned the sick satisfaction of getting down on bent knee begging for quarter. The rules of the game they're playing don't include mercy.
