Definition: Sec 298[1] A defamatory libel is matter published, without lawful justification or excuse, that is likely to injure the reputation of any person exposing him to hatred, contempt or ridicule, or that is designed to insult the person of or concerning whom it is published. The above photograph taken on Aug 22, 2025 is of an emaciated me. This is my story. It's my first hand, well documented, lived experience. Starvation isn't pretty! Nor are untreated spinal injuries sustained in the service of Canada requiring surgical intervention to correct. Untreated paralysis and chronic pain without previously covered prescriptions and access to the Pain Clinic. Forcing me as a homeless, disabled, sick, starving, honourably discharged Canadian Forces Veteran in Abbotsford BC to stand up for myself through both this petition and my limited online presence. In order to have my unlawfully terminated VAC Disability Pension[paid as a matter of right- not privilege] reinstated; the tens of thousands owed to me be paid-with interest; reinstatement of all my previous prescription and all medical treatment coverage; have all of my additional service related injury claims be heard in accordance with the lawful requirement; and end the ongoing state sanctioned criminal harassment. Preventing my online social media posts updating this petitions status from either being easily seen or seen at all by the Canadian public through falsely accusing me of posting "Probable Spam" in my opinion constitutes Defamatory Libel. PM Carney and his associates were provided with a written opportunity to explain and justify their ongoing targeted actions. They wilfully ignored my written request. I not only believe that I have a valid legal argument. I know I can prove my case with both my testimony, outside expert testimony,  and mountains of irrefutable hard physical evidence in any open court, in any functioning democracy, where Rule of Law still exists. Hard to believe any potential government defence-attempting to defend the indefensible- would make it past disclosure. I've acted with honour, accountability, and integrity. This Prime Minister, like the last one, I believe would have great difficulty saying the same. Thank you for your ongoing support of my petition!
