I was 'awarded' my single VAC Disability Pension, paid as a matter of right not privilege, in 1997 for one of many life altering physical injuries sustained in the service of Canada. While not as severe as my other medically proven injuries-as demonstrated by multiple independent medical experts, extensive testing, x-rays, CT scans, and an emergency MRI after I became partially paralyzed due to a severe spinal injury also sustained in the line of duty. It was serious enough to cause long term disability, chronic pain, and suffering. The VAC Disability Pension that the Trudeau regime has now illegally terminated as an unwarranted act of revenge without formal written notice by his minister, not advised of my right to appeal, or provided with an opportunity to appeal as required by law. Treachery penned off the record and in secret. Trudeau deliberately ignoring my written Privacy Request in an overt attempt to conceal his direct involvement. While being carried out with the full knowledge and tacit support of every Member of Parliament, Trudeau's shameless Officers of Parliament, his media, his prosecutors, his judges, and of course Trudeau's scandal plagued Political Enforcement Teams. Over 272000 Veterans were affected by VAC's "miscalculations". VAC did not notify or make any effort to reimburse Veterans until the class action. VAC attempted to downplay their actions. No one was ever held accountable! Instead, offering a settlement of almost 1 billion dollars to their victims on Jan 17, 2024. Now the multiple law firms involved aren't answering my written questions as required. Instead choosing to obfuscate with multiple forms I've filled out that aren't being accepted, confusing websites, and demanding off the record phone calls. As a result, it would appear that I now won't be receiving the average payout of $2000.00 as ordered. That on top of the tens of thousands stolen from me, still rightfully owed, through the illegal termination of my existing VAC Disability Pension. In addition to the potential hundreds of thousands for all the other well documented and legitimate physical injury claims Trudeau has ordered not to be heard through lawful processes. All as a direct result of my reporting crime and corruption to the proper authorities. Apparently, crime really does pay in the emperor and his associates dystopian, lawless version of Canada in 2024? Shame on all the aforementioned as they continue to collect their six figure executive pay packages for zero representation/leadership, unearned pensions, and questionable perks in the service of evil.
