I was injured three months ago in a vehicle accident and I'm still suffering from those injuries. I was rear ended by an inattentive driver while stopped at a red light. I had Military 404's, have a Class 2 licence, and have an accident free record. I was denied access to basic medical care from the Fraser Health Authority at both their Abbotsford Urgent Care Clinic and the Hospital Emergency Room. "We don't process ICBC paper work anymore." Then after being ordered by the Insurance Corporation of BC to run around and obtain quotes to repair my vehicle["We don't have to deal with people like you now."- said an ICBC recommended/preferred service provider] I was informed that this BC Government Crown Corporation will not pay for any repairs to my vehicle. Former Attorney General, now Premier, David Eby stripped British Columbians of all legal rights to take his ICBC to court. ICBC Senior Manager Drew White is refusing to communicate to settle this. We now have a democratically elected government turned lawless dictatorial regime in my opinion, which is based on my well documented experiences.
