I've now been locked out of the 'My VAC' online account to prevent all communications with Veterans Affairs Canada! All communications and documentation, including my yearly 'Declaration', which demands written confirmation that I'm still worthy of my pension, now requires the use of a private courier. Canada Post isn't an option. As multiple traceable/insured items sent to government have gone missing, presumed stolen, while in Canada Post's custody. Everything is now sent directly to PM Justin Trudeau's Parliament Hill office for proper staffing. Copy of the courier bill included. No reimbursement has ever been provided.
