As we are all aware, Montgomery County is growing. While more houses may be needed, Rossview Farm's proposal to develop a Mixed Used Planned Unit Development is NOT the answer. 

If this development occurs it will overwhelm schools, streets, and local resources while destroying some of the best farmland left in Montgomery County. We've got to take a stand with the overgrowth of Clarksville!
