My Name is Qingpeng Wang, was a human rights lawyer back in China, and currently live in Seattle.

My Twitter account (@wangqingpeng1) was permanently suspended on December 15, 2022, along with some journalists, and it still has not been restored yet.

Recent months, I have been doing two main types of work toward human rights over Twitter. 

One is calling attention to overseas Chinese for the political prisoners in China. The CCP has very intense content moderation throughout all online platforms in China. The information of those brave people doesn’t have a single chance to be brought up in China. These political prisoners are the key in aiming for the future democracy for China. 

Another job is about how to tear down the CCP'S Great Firewall. The CCP'S Great Firewall violates the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to a very serious level. It is cruel to every human being in China. The Chinese people are still prevented and brainwashed from knowing the truth. Overseas Chinese is calling the democratic countries could break off diplomatic relations with or even sanction the CCP, and calling that international organizations could kick the CCP out due to the existence of the Great Firewall

I don't think any of the above violates Twitter's rules. I have been complaining for nine days straight with zero response and my appeal access also was suspended too.

Could you please give me a clear explanation of why my account was suspended?

I hope you can reinstate my account as soon as possible.

尊敬的推特：

我叫王清鹏，在中国时是一名人权律师，目前住在西雅图。

2022年12月15日，我的Twitter账户和一些记者一起被永久停用，而且至今仍未恢复。

最近几个月，我在推特上主要做了两类人权的工作。

一个是呼吁海外华人关注中国的政治犯。中共对中国境内所有网络平台的内容进行了非常严格的审核。这些勇敢的人的信息在中国没有任何机会被提及。这些政治犯是实现中国未来民主的关键。

另一项工作是关于如何拆除中共的长城防火墙。中共的防火墙违反了《世界人权宣言》，达到了非常严重的程度。它对中国的每一个人都是残酷的。中国人民仍然被阻止，被洗脑，无法了解真相。海外华人呼吁民主国家因为中共有防火墙与中共断绝外交关系，甚至制裁中共，并呼吁国际组织可以因中国的防火墙而将中共踢出去。

我不认为上述任何内容违反了Twitter的规则。我已经连续投诉了9天，却没有任何回应，并且我的上诉权限也被暂停了。

能否请你们给我一个明确的解释，为什么我的账户被冻结？
