Virginia refuses to remove Tammie Goodson from the Sex Offender Registry. Should Tammie be allowed the same procedure as the above case in Tennessee in which a lady was removed who was wrongly placed on the registry? Tammie’s case has been before the Circuit Courts in Grayson County in which the Judge and Commonwealth wanted to remove her from the registry, Tammie then went to Supreme Court but her case didn’t meet the merits for removal under Virginia Law. Tammie Goodson was wrongly accused and convicted, she should be removed 23 years as a labeled Violent Sex Offender has been way more than enough for a crime she reported!!
