We are told that Lady Justice is blind, but we hope that her hearing and other senses are still working. Tammie submitted her case to the Virginia Innocence Project and spoke with attorneys as the Governor's office suggested. 

None of the attorneys know a path forward unless the Governor or Attorney General intervene. There is a small chance that the President might call and help. There is also a chance that the Virginia legislature will change the law.

Tammie's grandson posted a comment on the petition that made Tammie and I cry today. He talked about what Tammie has meant to his life and to the lives of his brothers.

We are fighting this horrible injustice so that Tammie can better provide for her family. We know that it is hard for most politicians to relate to regular people and that if you are not a big donor, then many will not listen.

It is our hope and wish that when one or two or more are gathered that they will notice us. That they will listen and act and remember their oath to the people. 

We have added some names to the decision maker section and hope that they will raise their voices and show that there are politicians that still care. You all should be proud of yourself because you are willing to do what some are afraid to do: Speak up and Speak Out!
