Dear Neighbors,

As you know, we have been extremely vocal advocating for change in Concord Station. We've applied the pressure, challenged the status quo and sent a clear message that we will no longer stand for what's been happening in our beautiful community. Our CDD amenities are always broken, our projects are always mismanaged and delayed, our voices fall on deaf ears, our opinion/ideas are never taken seriously and most importantly, our hard earned money is being wasted due to poor decisions being made by the board, under the advice of Rizzetta, our CDD mis-management company! We need to get a new board with a new vision, one that's better aligned with the needs of a young, family oriented neighborhood like Concord Station and one that can challenge Rizzetta and fight for what's right, instead of just blindly accepting their recommendations! Rizzetta works for us, not the other way around, and so we need to take back our power and stop letting those that don't live here make the decisions on how OUR money should be spent and dictate what happens in OUR community.

There is currently an open Chairman seat, with another vacancy that will occur as soon as the Chairman seat is filled. Several candidates have applied, but only two have been active, participating in the meetings and have provided a clear vision on what they plan to do to turn things around here for the better. We haven't heard or seen what the other candidates bring to the table, nor have we seen them participating in the meetings, and so we cannot endorse them at this time as they don't seem to have a good grasp on the issues that are impacting us at the moment.

With that said, please sign this petition to encourage our board to vote for the two most suitable candidates, Jess LeBarbera and Angel Rivera! We have attached all the candidates resumes in a folder here, please review and see for yourselves what each candidate brings to the table and why Jess and Angel are the most fit to be elected to the CDD board!

Please sign this petition before the next CDD meeting on Thursday June 8th at 6.30pm, as the board will be voting the new candidate in during this meeting! We are stronger when we come together, and together, WE THE PEOPLE can make this community a better place and somewhere that we're all proud to call home for years to come! Thank you!
