It's great to hear that an Ice Age 6 is coming our way with all of cast from those films of the 2000s and 2010s reprising their roles, it can even be able to prove that the non-feature length spinoff from 2022 that has an entirely differently voice cast is not canon. Basically it portrayed Crash and Eddie the Opossums a lot differently, and those who joined the herd after the 3rd film aren't there. Either way I look forward to some unanswered questions from the 5th film such as if Teddy the Rabbit has joined the herd as Sid's Granny's mate, along with showing how things are for Brooke in the herd, along with showing if any new offspring came along offspring. And whilst I'm not sure on if such a thing like be done with Shrek 5, I wouldn't be surprised if with Ice Age 6 they actually make it in a way to wrap things up incase there once again ends up being nothing new after that, considering how things were with the series being a cash cow by having new films until there's a flop.

Despite everything said above about there being an Ice Age 6, I don't think it should actually come around until Blue Sky Studios are brought back into business, after having been wrongfully shut down in 2021 when they're not that sort of animation studio. With Disney's ownership it's been a sign that they'd be able to help them to the point of there being sequels to their other films over a decade later, including those that look as though they should have such like Robots and Epic and Spies In Disguise, in addition to there also being a 3rd Rio film.
