Southwest,

I have have always loved your service. From your cheerful colors to the open seating to the two free bags that you got when flying.  When you changed all of your policies, you have now changed into all other airlines. I am fine with the selection of a seat, but you missed the mark when you only allowed one free bag with the credit card, with NO option for even a higher tiered card than the basic one to get two bags free. 

All I am asking is to be one step better than ALL the other airlines out there, with at least ONE tier of card allowing two free bags. That would at least set you apart YET AGAIN from all the other airlines with that perk.  I fly you MORE THAN ENOUGH that I would gladly pay a higher yearly fee, if needs be, to get that benefit. You would TRULY set yourself apart if you just did it for ALL cards.

Thank you for reading this, and I do really hope you inplement it soon, as your policies are changing this year.  If you don't do this, I can guarantee you that you WILL lose tons of business to bargain shoppers. You have gotten more expensive over the years, and this change makes you even more just another money hungry airline out there.
