Dear Members of the Board,

We, parents and alumnae of Nardin Academy, are writing to express our deep concern about the current state of the school. With great sadness, we bring to your attention our considerable dissatisfaction with the current President, Dr. Sandra Betters.

Dr. Betters has been detrimental to the entire school community. Her leadership has alienated staff and students, creating a toxic work and learning environment. She has failed to uphold the values and traditions that have made our school a respected institution in the community.

Despite being at Nardin for nearly two years, Dr. Betters has yet to demonstrate a commitment to the school's mission, vision, and core values. Her decisions and actions have caused damage to the school's reputation and have negatively impacted the morale of the staff and students. We believe that her leadership style is not in line with the values of a Catholic school, and her presence has dramatically hindered the school's progress.

We, alumnae and parents of Nardin Academy request that the Board of Directors take immediate action to remove Dr. Sandra Betters from her position as President of the school. We understand that this is a difficult decision, but we firmly believe it is in the school's and its community's best interest.

We urge the Board of Directors to act with urgency and sensitivity to ensure that the school continues to provide an excellent education to its students and uphold the values that we hold dear.
