Great news! The State Historical Resources Commission nominated the a 66-acre swath of structures and land at North Auburn’s Placer County Government Center for designation by the National Parks Service. Hopefully this will slow the County and Costco down from turning this historic site into yet another soulless, big box strip mall in North Auburn!
