Sorry Supervisor Holmes, but Costco was not a done deal 8 months ago and it's not a done deal now. We can and will fight to preserve and protect the character of our town from being plundered for tax revenue by the county with no regard for the long term impacts these big box stores will have on OUR quality of life, traffic and property values.
