A very comprehensive, easy to understand case study of MRR2 highway, built by JKR/ PWD. There have been numerous accounts of incidents, accidents over the years; but have our authorities, lawmakers listened to the pleas of the daily commuters?
The incidents/ patterns are always similar; cracks occur, freak accidents take place; reactive repairs, costing high sums of taxpayers' funds are used; and it happens all over again. Are there any change management plans since then?
